What does onboarding look like and how long does it take?

Can you clean up books that are months or years behind?

Yes. Backlog clean-up is scoped and priced separately so you know the effort upfront. Most clients are fully current within 4–6 weeks.

Do you work with my existing accounting software?

We work on the tools you already use — Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks or spreadsheets. We suggest a change only when it clearly makes your reporting simpler.

How does your pricing work?

We work on a fixed monthly retainer based on transaction volume, entities and the services you need — bookkeeping, GST, payroll, ROC or MIS. You get a written quote after the free call, with no hidden fees.

Am I locked into a long contract, and how do I cancel?

No lock-in. Engagements run month to month with 30 days' notice, and we hand over all books, ledgers and filing records on exit.

When should I use a virtual finance team instead of hiring in-house?

If you need bookkeeping, GST, payroll and reporting but not a full-time salary for each, a virtual finance team costs less and covers more skills. Once your volumes justify a dedicated controller, we help you hire and hand over cleanly.

What is your SLA for filings and monthly reports?

Books close and reports reach you by the 10th of the following month. GST, TDS, income tax and ROC filings are prepared for your approval at least 3 working days before the statutory due date.

Every month you receive your reports plus a review conversation, and proactive reminders ahead of every compliance deadline. Queries are answered within one working day on WhatsApp or email.

Who owns my books and data?

You do — always. Accounts sit in your name, you retain admin access, and every ledger, filing acknowledgement and working file is yours to export at any time.

How do you keep my financial information secure?

Access is limited to the team members on your account, documents move through controlled channels rather than personal email, and credentials are never shared outside your engagement team.
